Paved path added to the east and north plot boundary joining to the parking to the west of the plot. Bin and Cycle Store added to rear garden of Plots 13-16.

Conversion of annexe to separate dwellinghouse . Removal of existing wall and gate and erection of replacement wall with 2 gates and erection of 1.8m (high) dwarf wall/boundary fence between the two properties.
