Change of use for the specified site from agricultural land in order to start a glamping site consisting of five self-catering cabins and a toilet/shower block; it is intended to be occupied by a maximum of 20 holidaymakers at any one time, between April and September. I am hoping to appeal to holidaymakers who want to have a low carbon foot print on holiday. The cabins will not be connected to any services: drainage, electricity or water and will have minimal lighting, powered by solar panel.
