Listed Building Consent - i) Extensions and alterations to outbuilding, comprising a single storey side extension, two new ground floor windows in the east and west ground floor elevations, three new rooflights in the western roof elevation, replacement windows and doors, ii) replacement of eight rear windows to house and replacement of two front windows to house, and iii) erection of a fence and gate along the road frontage.

Single storey rear extension, two storey side extension, minor alterations to existing house including new dormer windows to rear elevation, blocking up existing front door, and painting existing weatherboarding, and new detached outbuilding (garden store, log store and home office).

Non Material Amendment of DC/20/1368/FUL - Single storey, single room extension at the back of the house. Extension to be timber frame with bi-folding doors onto rear garden, and is intended to open up the kitchen, and insulate the back of the house. The existing external flint wall is beginning to lose mortar, and original stable door is extremely drafty. The property is currently very dark and would benefit massively from more light and insulated windows and doors - Change of roof design to warm flat roof.

Discharge of Condition No. 4 of DC/21/5126/LBC - Listed Building Consent - Change of use and internal alterations to an annexe extension added circa 1965, currently comprising ground floor garage and first floor bedroom area, all much later than the older parts of the house which has early origins but has been significantly altered. Plus a variety of small internal and external changes to various parts of the older building as described in the accompanying statement - Following the removal of the existing cement render, the extent of necessary repair works to the timber frame should be submitted

Discharge of Condition Nos. 3 and 5 of DC/22/4010/LBC - Extension to existing outbuilding to provide home office/studio - external cladding material, aluminium window details, timber window details submitted

Demolition of detached outbuilding and erection of new side and rear extensions including internal remodelling of existing house

Non Material Amendment of DC/22/3762/FUL - Extensions and alterations including replacement roof tiles to existing house - Front kitchen extension now removed and external finishes of existing house and extensions modified to smooth render finish
