Minor modification to a double garage that was approved in 2013 (still in progress). Garage footings have been completed at the proposed measurement from the house 7.5M from the main house (bay). Mistake made by myself/builder from drawing 4417/5 where garage was showing 7.5M away from the main house however this was never approved. 5.6M approved. Retrospective planning permission for a front brick wall, fence and electric gates. Location Plan was submitted with original approval in 2013 4417/5.Wall built and fence and electric gates being put up due to 3 break-ins. 99 Bucklesham Road has recently had planning permission approved DC/19/2914FUL that included a front wall with pillars railings and gates. The pillars ranged from 1.5M to 2.1M. Only 1M from the highway. We have 3.2M. 148 Bucklesham has had a garage approved as part of an overall plan to the front of their property, in advance of our proposed garage.

Non Material Amendment on DC/20/5210/FUL - New dwelling and garage. Amendments are as follows. 1 - Lounge window cills lowered to be 450mm off of FFL 2 - Dining room side window changed to french doors 3 - York Stone headers and cills to all front windows 4 - Flue to side of house in dining area 5 - Boundary wall between new house and the rosary to be made of brick piers with wood fence panel between -1200mm height fence. 6 - Building foot print handed from approved. 7 - Two storey rear element dropped to single storey. 8 - Measurements from boundary shown.

Construction of a new residential care home providing 55 bedrooms, ancillary accommodation including staff offices, kitchen, laundry, together with associated parking, hard and soft landscaping - Gates shall be set back a minimum distance of 10 metres from the edge of the carriageway and shall open only into the site and not over any area of the highway, Gates, fencing walls and other means of enclosure and details of fire hydrants

Discharge of Condition 3 of DC/20/2017/LBC - Listed Building Consent - Single storey extension, roof extension, self contained annexe, cart lodge, replacement of sub-standard toilet, internal alterations. - i) Full Schedule of Repairs to The Pantiles. ii) Specification of External Materials to Extension (including in area of former toilet extension, second floor study, annexe and cart lodge. iii) Representative fenestration and external door and balcony to extension, second floor study, annexe and cart lodge. iv) Details of wall and roof junction of extension link to existing house. v) Confirmation of height of flue above roof level of extension. vi) Details of photovoltaic membrane to annexe roof. vii) Woven willow fencing.

Non Material Amendment of DC/20/0694/FUL - Use of part of garden for the construction of a single storey detached dwelling house - 1. Addition of a small extension to provide a pantry and porch for the approved dwelling. 2. Minor changes to the approved scheme of fenestration. 3. Realignment of Northern boundary (in applicant's ownership) Changes to boundary treatment including reduction in height of the proposed walls to reduce impact on neighbour amenity and substitution of wall to Northern boundary with a new close board fence. 4. Construction of dwelling house, access, materials, fencing.

Two scots pine situated immediately behind our rear boundary fence. Branches from the tree overhang our land significantly and are close to touching the property. The debris from over-hanging branches has damaged garden furniture and other structures. The needles block guttering and overhanging branches house pigeons with persistent excrement on furniture etc... work to the trees will include some crown lifting and some crown reduction. Lower spreading branches to be removed. Reduction on other overhanging branches to fence/boundary line. Height of trees will remain the same - spread reduced approx 50%

Replacement of PVC windows, like for like but from white to grey. Front door multi coloured to dark grey. Damaged Facias colour white to grey. Remove two wooden sheds and one wooden summer house (all rotten) along with concrete pads and replace for new timber shed. Install timber shed to rear of house 3.6 x 7.3 x 2.4 metres. Over 1metre from fence line. Remove PVC rear car port from garage. Remove front storm canopy from above front door. Gutter and down pipes replaced from white to black. Two number existing flat roofs ( felt ) replaced for fibre glass.
