Details of all external materials including timber cladding, roof finishes, render (including colour); 2. Typical horizontal and vertical sections through shopfront, doors and windows (including large scale joinery details for frames, cills, opening lights, glazing bars) along with method of opening, position within wall opening, colour, finish and ironmongery. 3.
