Prior Notification - Change of use of existing redundant agricultural building to convert to one single dwelling. Retention of existing duo pitch roofs and replacement of mono pitch roof, new internal partitioning, dry lining to external walls, new floor laid above existing floor slab, insertion of replacement and new windows and doors and installation of new roof lights. Remedial works as identified by structural report.
