This application is submitted for a revised proposal to that of DC/20/0118/FUL which has commenced, and the alterations are limited to; 1. Amending the extend and areas of re-building due to the condition and construction of the existing building, which was not visible until commencement of the project. 2. Increasing the garden area provided to the development as an additional area of land was located behind an existing retaining wall adjacent 10 Old Market. 3. The creation of a parking space to support the development for unloading and loading to the commercial unit in the position of the previous garage, due to the complexity of accessing the building which has partially come to light during the construction process. 4. Additional details on the previously unseen and hidden ground levels, including retaining walls as appropriate. 5. Phasing of the project to ensure funds can be directed to demolition of the unsound areas, removal of underground fuel tanks, ground remediation and reconstruction of the front section of the development facing Old Market.

Replacement of fencing along the boundary between 2 Laurel Cottages and 3 Laurel Cottages (along the northen boundary of 3 Laurel Cottages). The fencing is split in to 2 portions. The first portion (light blue on plan) is to replace the existing close-board fence with one exceeding the 2m permitted development limit by 0.25m (the addition of a 30cm high trellis section to a 1.95m high fence). The second portion (dark blue on plan) is to replace the existing post and rail fence with a 1.95m high close-board fence. These works are proposed to reinstate the mutual privacy following construction of an extension at 2 Laurel Cottages (ref DC/20/4704/FUL).
