Variation of Condition 2 (approved drawings) to allow minor material amendments to planning permission reference: 2017/04193/FUL dated 12th January 2018 for the "Erection of a rear roof extension; installation of 2no. rooflights in the front roofslope; erection of a bin and bike store enclosure to the side elevation; installation of a lightweight wall cantilevered door entrance canopy on the front elevation; installation of new larger doors to replace the existing doors at ground floor level to the rear elevation; and excavation of part of the front and rear gardens to form lightwells, in connection with the enlargement of the existing basement." Amendments to include retention of the basement floor layout comprising of the re-arranged cycle stores and alterations to the refuse storage; retention of the disused lift.
