Erection of new external refrigeration plant area within existing service yard to the north east of the site alongside erection of fencing around refrigeration units; protective armco-type barriers around new plant area; exposed refrigeration services on the east elevation of existing warehouse; internal remodelling works to existing warehouse and erection of new chill store within the volume of existing warehouse.

Clear car park to 5.2m vertical clearance. Reduce suppressed leaning stems overhanging T1 - ash south west corner of car park. Crown raise to 5.2m over car park and 3m over footpath G2 - 2x ash trees which are dead. Fell to ground level T2 - mature ash, suppressed at edge of woodland and significant lean over car park. Fell to ground level No replacement planting recommended here as natural woodland with regenerative restocking

Install new downstairs WC and wash hand basin in rear lobby area (closing off existing side entrance door, but retaining the original door in situ); Replace ground floor windows to front elevation with new timber, three light side hung casement windows (double glazed but with identical width central glazing bars as existing), as per the design/style of the existing first floor windows on the front elevation - only central light to open; Install secondary glazing to all other existing timber casement windows; Install new bathroom suite at first floor, to replace existing bathroom suite, comprising: bath with shower over, WC and wash hand basin and Relocation of Existing Oil Storage Tank and Siting of New Oil Fired Boiler to North-west of Existing Dwelling (at the rear of the driveway), suitably screened by new fencing and planting.

By rear fire exit prune back low-level tree limbs over hanging the fence to back inside the fence line. - crown lift to 5m low tree limbs over the pergola to 1no sycamore tree. - pollard 1no willow tree to suitable pollard points - fell 2 dead apple trees at the bottom end of the garden - cut and remove fallen limbs around the front of the site

Continuation of development of the construction of a new 2FE Primary School with associated playing fields, hard play areas, MUGA, landscaping, cycle/scooter storage, staff parking and supporting infrastructure without compliance with Condition 2 (construction in accordance with approved details) attached to planning permission ref CC/HLW/01/20, to allow an increase in the height of the site boundary fencing; provision of a service gate; reduction in the height of the fence around the internal MUGA; revised final site levels; minor revisions to the layout of the car park and hard and soft landscaping
