Non-material amendment to condition 12 - Development shall not commence until a scheme restricting the rate of development flow runoff from the site has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The flowrate from the site shall be restricted to a maximum flowrate of 2.9 litres per second for up to the 1 in 100 year event where connection to the Yorkshire Water system is proposed. Where connection to a watercourse is proposed a greenfield rate of 2.5l/s/ha shall be applied for the extent of impermeable developed areas.
