Minor amendment to original porch design. The original unenclosed gable porch canopy will now have upright support posts. The roofing of the existing bay window will be extended to meet the new porch roof pursuant to 18/02669/HOU Erection of a single storey rear extension, demolition of an existing single storey side extension, blocking up of an existing ground floor side door and window, repositioning of a ground floor side door, erection of a porch, erection of a detached double garage to rear of property with workshop / store at first floor, extension of existing drive and creation of a new or altered access to the public highway The porch will not be enclosed. The ground floor area will not exceed 3 square meters. No part will be more than 3m above ground level. No part will be within 2m of any boundary of the dwelling house or the highway.

Application to remove Sycamore trees (T1, T2, T3 and T4). The branches of all trees are coming into contact with the garage roof and the canopy of these trees is significantly shading our and our neighbours gardens. The trunk of T1 is at an angle of circa 60 degrees to the horizontal and is resting on the boundary fence and we have concerns regarding the long term stability of this tree. The concrete slab base upon which the garages sit has cracked and lifted adjacent to trees T3 and T4. The trees are not in particularly good condition.

G1 - dismantle 35 conifer trees along the track. G2 - dismantle 6 beech trees along the garden boundary. Trees of an old hedgerow planting, leaving larger specimens. Some stems already removed as they measure less then 130mm in diameter. T1 - dismantle one conifer specimen at the rear of the garden. Low amenity value. T2 - dismantle self seeded Ash specimen growing on top of an old concrete base. G3 - fell 13 conifer trees at the rear of the property grown to large close to the house blocking out sunlight all day. G4 - dismantle 2 yew trees and 11 conifers growing over the driveway and the roof of the property shading over the house. G5 - dismantle 11 trees of beech/ash/hornbeam mix to the right of the gate entrance. G6 - dismantle 9 ash/alder trees and 1 willow tree opposite the main house by the rivers edge.

Willow (T1) - Cut back branches overhanging property to the boundary as branches are touching fabric of roof and shading building and garden. Field Maple (T2) - Tip lift x 6 low branches overhanging shed and Fig tree to alleviate shading. All cuts to Bs3998 2010

Erection of a front extension to the double garage below an existing roof together with substitution of two single doors with a wide single door. Erection of a new side boundary wall and hedging to be set back from a public footpath alongside the property.

Hatched shading on attached Tree Plan - Holly bushes require trimming back to the boundary. Oak (T1) - Crown reduction by 20% / 3m on the side protruding into 37 Wistaria's property. Cut back to boundary line. Robinia (T2) and (T3) and (T4) and (T5) - Crown reduction up to 50% /5-6m. Robinia (T6) - large lower extended limb removal over 37 Wistaria roof. Robinia (T7) - Cutting back to boundary.

T1 - Willow - Reduce height by 4 metres, Reduce lowest branch back to previous pruning points. T2 - Ash - Reduce back to previous pruning points, Remove 2 lowest branches and reduce secondary branching to give 2 metre clearance from outbuilding roof. T3 - Silver Birch - Reduce by 3 metres back to previous pruning points and reduce by 1.5 to 2 metres off the lateral growth towards garden/house. T4 - Pear - Reduce laterals by 2 metres growing over garage and 2 metres clearance from the fabric of the house T5 - Yew - Remove T6 - Pine - Remove the smaller of the two pines T7 - Silver Birch - 4 metre reduction T8 - Rear boundary hedge - Reduce back 1.5 metres further than the previous pruning points.

T5 - Level off neighbours Leyland Cypress hedge along left boundary to lowest previous reduction point to the first Holly under the canopy of the mature Beech T6 - Lift low canopy of neighbours Beech to give 2m clearance from roof and shortened back one long 'Flyaway' branch over apex roof by 3m to blend in with the rest of the canopy, as the canopy is becoming over bearing on the house
