Non Material Minor Amendment (S96A application) of planning permission (ref: 18/00086/FUL) granted on 10.07.2019 for Construction of two detached buildings (front and rear of the site) to accommodate 10 self-contained units (4 x 1 beds and 6 x 2 beds) with associated car parking, cycle and refuse storage and landscaping (Following demolition of two existing buildings). Variation to approved plans under condition no.2, the alterations comprise: - Alterations to 25 windows, omission of 3 windows and re-siting of front building by 0.20m towards western boundary.
