Extension and alteration of building to facilitate the change of use of former hotel building to six dwellings (2x1 bedroom and 4x2 bedroom) with parking and the erection of retail unit

Non Material Minor Amendment (S96A application) of hybrid planning permission (ref: 17/00471/OUT) granted on 12.07.2018 for a residential-led mixed use redevelopment as varied by non-minor material amendment (ref: 17/00471/NMMA), comprising: 1. Outline permission for means of access (in part) (with all other matters reserved for subsequent approval), for up to 1,500 dwellings (Use Class C3); a local centre with up to 2,655m2 (GEA) of retail, commercial and/or community floorspace (Use Classes A1 to A5, B1, D1 and D2); a primary school (Use Class D1); and off-site SANG mitigation; and all other ancillary and enabling works. 2. Full Planning permission for 181 dwellings (Use Class C3) out of the 1500 dwellings; and all other ancillary and enabling works. The Non-Minor Material Amendment comprises changes to the list of approved plans contained within condition no. 4 to incorporate elevational alterations to residential units and hard landscape materials alternatives for some of those previously approved.
