Erection of an oak frame open porch, installation of new front door and increase area of tile hanging, demolition of existing porch and erection of a single storey front extension with first floor extension above. Remove catslide roof to rear and erection of a dormer, single storey rear extension to orangery. Relocation/new vehicle access, installation of post and rail fence and installation of a 5-bar gate.
