Variation of Condition 1 of previously approved application DC/20/2027 (Variation of Condition 2 attached to previously approved application DC/15/0193, as previously amended by reference DC/20/0250; (Erection of 8 new dwellings with related accesses, garaging and car parking. Provision of a new footpath adjacent to Threals Lane). Amendments sought in respect of siting of plots 4, 5, 7 and 8 in response to drainage and water supply infrastructure. Further amendments in respect of approved design to plot 5 to provide detached garage in lieu of originally consented linked garage and to omit conservatory originally approved) to allow for amendments to approved elevations and below ground drainage layout to plots 7 and 8 only.

Variation of Condition 1 of previously approved application reference DC/21/1130 (Erection of a two storey detached dwelling, detached double garage and creation of new access). Variation sought to allow for changes to chimney, window style, additional window, pedestrian access to garage, and incorrect setting of window on original plan.

Variation to allow for changes to elevation details of new building, including doors and fenestration, and materials/finishes and reduction and altered car parking layout with EV provision.

Variation of Condition 1 of previously approved application DC/20/0837 (Demolition of agricultural buildings and erection of 5no. dwellings with associated landscaping) to allow for minor material amendments to the approved scheme.

Variation of condition A to previously approved application DC/14/0413 (Erection of two detached dwellings and garages (to the rear of the site) and revisions to approved dwelling (permitted under DC/12/0353 dated 16/04/2012) together with a new access road)) to allow for amendments include changes to the internal layout of the dwellings, resulting in Plot 2 becoming a 5-bed (previously 4-bed) property, with associated fenestration changes and the increase in size of the permitted garages serving both Plots 2 and 3 to include first floor home office space.

Variation of Condition 1 of previously approved application DC/22/0019 (Erection of part two-storey, part single storey side and rear extensions and associated alterations) to allow for amendments to the approved development altering the design from two storey to single storey.
