Variation of Condition 1 and 20, 5, 7, 8, 9, and 12 of previously approved application: DC/19/2014 (Demolition of existing polebarn and concrete barn. Erection of a new farm shop (A1), the conversion and extension of existing agricultural buildings to provide a cafe (A3), a warehouse (B8), an ancillary office (B1) and an education building (D1) together with associated new access from the A24. Car parking and landscaping to include extension of woodland and the creation of permissive paths.) Variation sought to allow changes to the design and use, and copper rainwater goods and reflection of details within this application.

Replacement of part of existing roof (Listed Building Consent).

Installation of new plant on the north elevation and on the roof, with the erection of a new roof access stair and gantry.

Erection of a single storey rear extension (Lawful Development Certificate - Proposed).

Installation of 1x externally illuminated fascia sign and 1x externally illuminated projecting sign

Installation of replacement timber shopfront and doorway with associated repainting.

Proposed upgrade to the existing telecommunications equipment. Existing 2 No. cabinet to be refreshed internally, 3 No. antennas to be removed and replaced with 3 No. antennas. The proposed installation of 1 No. GPS module to be fixed to existing gantry pole, 1 No. H3G. cabinet and associated ancillary works.

Variation of condition 10 of previously approved application reference DC/18/2557 (Demolition of existing shops/flat and erection of a part three storey, part two storey building to form 3 no. dwellings and 2 no. retail units) to allow for a change to wording from class A1 to a general Class E use.
