Erection of two storey side extension and erection of new masonry wall to boundary (3.5m long x 3m x 6.94m high)

1. Erection of single storey extensions to the north-east corner, south-east corner, and south elevation of the existing building 2. External alterations to door and window positioning in all elevations to existing building 3. Erection of detached bin store and smoking shelter structures, and installation of smoking canopy to south-west corner 4. Introduction of soft and hard landscaping and boundary treatments to create communal garden.

Proposed ground and first floor extension to encapsulate exposed structural elements of building, following exposure of structural elements due to previous demolition of AJK Limited cold stores on adjoining common boundary.
