Lawful Development Proposed -The property is a bungalow where the lounge / dining room is to the rear of the property and currently has sliding patio doors into a conservatory that leads to the garden. This application is to remove the existing conservatory and extend the full width of the lounge / dining room to the rear by 3m. There is no change in access to the property. The extension will have a pitched roof and the run off water will utilise existing services.

The proposed works to the front of the property do not extend beyond the main elevational line of the existing dwelling. The proposed north (right) extension is to be constructed to of materials to match those of the existing dwelling. The extension extends to the rear of the property leaving a 4m distance between the external wall and the neighbouring fence.
