Retrospective : Construction of timber stables for non-commercial purposes

Variation of Condition 3 of planning permission 13/01757/F to provide the ability to rent the stables/loose boxes

Improvements and extension to the existing facilities to include 6no. new hotel cabins, alterations and extension to the courtyard hotel rooms, alterations to the stables function room courtyard and the provision of additional parking.

Construction of stable building

Remove 20th century roller shutter from the west archway to the square (the stable block) and to replace it with a pair of wrought iron gates to match the pattern of the original gates in the north and south archways. Remove two timber glazed screens with doors installed in 1990's.

2/TPO/00025: T1 Horse Chestnut- To remove 2 x lower lateral limbs over road back to main stem, crown lift over road to 6m above ground level. To reduce end weight of large lowest lateral limbs over road and crown lift to 5m above ground level over Rabbit Lane and Old Stable Mews. T2 Beech- To crown lift to 5m above ground level over Rabbit Lane. To reduce end weight of large lateral limb growing towards Bexwell House to clear boundary wall. T3 Oak (Small) - To crown lift to 5m above ground level over Rabbit Lane only
