Group 1 - various - we would like to crown lift these trees, alongside the road boundary, to a height of 3m. For security purposes, the fence is being extended in height by installing trellis on top which requires these trees to be worked on to allow for the proposed height of around 7ft.

T1: x1 Sycamore tree, located to the rear of the site. Suggested work - fell in sections to ground level and treat stump with eco plugs to prevent regrowth. Reason - poor specimen, and due to previous pruning the tree has become completely one sided. It is also growing butt up to boundary and will damage fence in due course. T2: x1 Bay Tree, loacted to the rear of the site. Suggested work - fell in sections to ground level and treat stump with eco plugs to prevent regrowth. Reason - extremely large cavity at 1m rendering tree unsafe.

1 x Elder tree (T1) - remove basal stems to leave a single stem, pollard remaining stem at 2m to encourage regeneration. 1 x Elder tree (T2) - fell and treat stump. To preserve integrity of boundary mesh fencing and brick wall.

Replacement of existing fencing to the front boundary including gate and replacement of bicycle storage topped with planters, plus the installation of an additional bicycle storage, and a package box topped with planter.

Application for Rush Common Consent in relation to alterations to the front boundary involving installation of a timber fence on top of a dwarf brick wall with a new timber gate and brick piers together with formation of hardstanding and other landscaping works including installation of new planters and a replacement fruit tree.
