Amendment to planning permission ref 23/00625/FULL6 to change the pitched roof to the approved side/rear extension to a flat roof.

Amendment to planning permission ref 23/00789/FULL6: To remove current pebble dash on the walls that will be remaining and add additional 50mm insulation board Then render as per original plans. This will be to the front, left hand side and rear of property. The new side extension will remain as per plans.
