Removal of existing kitchen and conservatory lean to and construction of a single storey rear extension. Addition of a new entry doorway and window to the side of the building. Addition of a timber and glazed lean-to infill to the side of the building, fixed to the existing concrete fence.

Alteration of existing rear gate/timber fence to a sliding timber panel and construction of a pitched roof double garage to rear.

Demolition of existing rear extension, construction of a single storey rear extension with rooflights, raised terrace, balustrade, steps and alterations to rear fence.
