Redevelopment of the existing depot to include the removal of the existing pre-fabricated garage; erection of new store building (Use Class B8); partial change of use of the existing depot building from Use Class B8 to ancillary B1, external surfacing to create internal access road, laydown areas, commercial vehicle & equipment bays, staff/visitor car and cycle parking, and extension of the security perimeter fence.
