Replacement of existing uPVC windows with new timber framed or composite windows throughout. Enlargement of second floor window opening to rear elevation. Enlargement of two first floor window openings to existing side return and new corner opening glazed doors to ground floor. Removal of existing roughcast render throughout and installation of new lime-based render to front, side & rear elevations. Side return re-clad in timber.

Amendment to planning application ref: 22/00127/FULL6: Alterations to internal walls and position of doors/windows from original arrangement to ground floor.

Loft conversion with windows to front/rear. Dormer windows to the side and elevational changes.

Amendment to previous planning permission ref 22/02928/FULL6: Adjustments to the size and position of the approved doors on the extension and the addition of a new window. Materials to match the existing structure. No changes to volume, footprint, or roof height.

Garage conversion into habitable space to include replacement of garage door with front window. LAWFUL DEVELOPMENT CERTIFICATE (PROPOSED)

Variation of Condition 2 of planning permission reference 21/04709/FULL6 dated 08.03.2022 for (Erection of single storey rear extension, upper floor rear Juliet balconies, rear dormer with Juliet balcony in connection with loft conversion and rooflight windows to side and front elevation, elevational alterations, windows and doors to existing side flank elevation and raised patio) to allow amendment to external materials, window fenestration, roofs and installation of air conditioning units.

Existing 2nd shopfront entrance to be replaced with fixed windows, together with a proposed new shopfront entrance to be fitted into the existing window position.
