Minor material amendment under Section 73 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 for the Variation of Condition 2 of planning permission 20/00607/FULL1 approved for demolition of existing bungalow, erection of 2no semi-detached dwellings (1 no. two bedroom and 1 no. three bedroom) with associated works to allow conversion of approved roof space, to provide 1no. additional bedroom to House 1 and 1no. additional bedroom to House 2, creation of 2no. dormer windows on the rear roof slope and insertion of 4no. roof windows on the front elevation.

Variation of Condition 2 and 3 of planning permission reference 20/00532/FULL6 (dated 29 May 2020 for demolition of existing conservatory, erection of part single storey part/two storey front, side and rear extensions; incorporating first floor over existing bungalow, and formation of vehicular access and driveway on to Goddington Lane) to alter the approved drawings; allowing for the insertion of front and rear roof light windows, and to allow for the surface water drainage to be carried out in accordance with the details submitted herein.
