TPO Application - Ash (T1) - Crown lift to give a maximum ground clearance of 5m. Crown lift to include the removal (back to source) of the overextended lower branch to the south. Crown thin by 15% Reason: To avoid potential damage to property and possible injury to members of the public/vehicles due to the tree overhanging a Public Footpath.

Tree Preservation Order application: 1 x Holly Tree - Picture two shows that the tree we estimate when trimmed will be approximately 5 metres in height and 4 metres in width at its maximum point whilst picture 3 shows that we are looking to trim the depth of the tree by approximately 1.5metres to the edge of the building to prevent it overhanging the roof.
