Demolition of single storey detached holiday let (noted as 'cottage'), partial demolition and reinstatement of existing boundary wall, erection of single storey extension to rear of property. Partial demolitions and alterations south west gable. Formation of projecting first floor bay window. To Southeast elevation: enlarge door opening. To North West elevation: installation of window to first floor & roof light. Fell T3.

TPO M1025 - Lime (T1)- remove trunk / epicormic growth up to 6m above ground level. Reduce over-extended lateral branch in upper crown above roof of the bungalow by 2 - 3 metres (to a suitable growing point). Crown clean by selective thin of 10-20% max. by removing water shoots and small diameter regrowth, minor rubbing or crossing branches and dead-wood. NB. amended specification as agreed with agent and tree owner.

Replacement of 2no roof lights, stone work repairs to window mullions, timber repairs to sash windows, timber door and stonework repairs to hood moulds, repair chimney crown and repairs to boundary wall.

T1 - Large Magnolia Grandiflora - Reduce vertical growth to just below the roof line. Reduce lateral growth by approximately 1.5 meters. T2 - Portuguese Laurel Standard - Reduce overall crown by approximately 0.5 meters.

Works to trees under a TPO:- T1 (M1008) - Copper Beech, lateral prune of 2-3m on tertiary branches by the following specification:- reduce lateral growth on low east limb by pruning tertiary growth up to 2m with 30-50mm pruning wounds, to provide clearance above roof. Reduce lateral growth on north and northeast limbs by approx. 2-3m with 40-60mm pruning wounds to provide clearance from the telephone wires. Reduce lateral growth to provide approx. 5m clearance above road, with 20-30mm pruning wounds. Reduce back truncated limbs to suitable growth points above garden and remove truncated limbs that have died.
