(This application site is located within Woodgrange Estate Conservation Area ).

Proposed redevelopment of site comprising of retention of existing Ground Floor Public House (Sui Generis) including external alterations and erection of a three-storey building extension to create 3 No. self-contained residential units consisting of 1 x 1 bedroom, 1 x 2 bedrooms and 1 x 3 bedrooms flats.

Section 73 application to vary Condition 4 (Materials) - The previous proposed Grey system basic 4 acrylic brick slip was not fire compliant, external wall brick slip to be revised to eccobricks natural steel grey, attached to planning permission 18/00056/FUL dated 13th March 2018 which granted planning permission for; "Ground, first, second and third floor extension, proposed alterations to 8 existing flats and creation of 5 additional flats to provide a total of 13 self-contained flats"

Section 73 application to vary Condition 2 (Development in accordance with Approved Plans and Detailed Specifications), specifically the alteration of external finish materials, attached to planning permission 18/01105/FUL dated 24th July 2018 which granted full planning permission for: "Demolition of existing garages and erection of two storey block of flats (2x1bed, 1x2bed, 1x3bed), and two storey three bedroom detached house"

Proposed change of use from doctors surgery/health clinic (Use Class D1) to 4 x 1 bed flats (Use Class C3) including minor external alterations, cycle and bin store.
