Section 73 application to vary Condition 2 (Development in accordance with Approved Plans) - Proposed enlargement of the roof extension, alterations to fenestration, removal of refuse and commercial refuse entrances and internal alterations to the units, attached to planning permission 20/01066/FUL dated 10th August 2020 which granted full planning permission for: "Retention of a part two, part three storey extension and basement, alterations to existing 3 bed flat to create 1 x 2 bed flat, change of use of the existing retail space (Use Class A1) on the first floor to 1 x 2 bed flat, proposed extension at second floor level to accommodate 1 x 1 bed flat. Provision of cycle store and refuse store to the rear of the ground floor and a separate refuse store at ground floor. Proposed alterations to all elevations. Retention and proposed internal alterations to retail units (Use Class A1) within basement and ground floor."

Refurbishment to facade and shop front including the installation of low level windows [pavement lights]. Alterations to the garden, including construction of external stair and lightwell with rear garden, providing external access to the existing basement. Loft conversion, with two dormers, one to the front roof pitch, one to the rear.
