Change of use of the first floor from retail (Use Class E(a) to residential use to provide 1 x 1-bed, 2-person flat and construction of a mansard roof extension to provide 1-bedroom, 1-person flat with associated amenity spaces, waste and recycling storage for both flats

Proposed construction of a single story side and double storey rear extension for expansion of the existing residential units on the ground & first floor, loft conversion with rear dormer incorporating velux windows to the front roof slope for provision of a new dwelling on the second and third floors.

Section 73 application to vary Condition 2 (approved drawings and documents) to allow for an amended scheme following design development, attached to planning permission 21/01628/LA3 dated 18th March 2022 which granted full planning permission for: "Construction of a part four, part twelve storey block of flats fronting Church Street with a row of three storey townhouses and a four storey corner block fronting John Street to provide 70 residential units (Use Class C3), comprising of a tenure of: twenty no. 1-bed units, fifteen no. 2-bed units and 28 no. 3-bed units at London Affordable Rent; three no. 1-bed, three no.2-bed and one no. 3-bed wheelchair accessible M4(3) units at London Affordable Rent; with a central open space and associated landscaping, boundary treatments, three on-site disabled parking spaces and 129 cycle spaces".

Proposed construction of a mansard roof extension to provide two residential units with associated refuse, recycling & cycle storage

Construction of 140 residential units ( 45no. 1 bed units, 59 no. 2 bed units, 35 no. 3 bed units and 1 no. 4 bed unit) in three linked buildings ranging from 7 to 11 storeys in heights, with associated 5 disable car parking, landscaping amenity areas, secure cycle parking and other associated works.

Retention of the commercial space at ground floor and the construction of 9 residential units over first, second, third and fourth floors comprising of 3 x 1-bed, 5 x 2-bed and 1 x 3-bed) with associated amenity space, cycle parking and refuse storage

Section 73 application to vary Condition 2 (Approved Plans and Documents) - changes to the proposed exits to the external roof terraces, attached to planning permission 19/03373/FUL dated 21.07.2020 which granted planning permission for; "Construction of part 3-storey, part 2-storey and part single-storey new build development at site rear of 75 Barking Road, E16 to provide 4 residential dwellings; 1 x 3Bed and 3 x 2Bed, access and servicing strategies, including cycle parking spaces, refuse storage and biodiversity enhancements."
