Proposed construction of a single story side and double storey rear extension for expansion of the existing residential units on the ground & first floor, loft conversion with rear dormer incorporating velux windows to the front roof slope for provision of a new dwelling on the second and third floors.

Section 73 application to vary Condition 2 (Approved Plans and Documents) - amend the proposed windows on the side and rear elevation, attached to planning permission 19/02812/FUL dated 11th December 2019, which granted planning permission for; "Demolition of existing building and construction of a new building of 4 storeys providing 9No. residential dwellings (2 x 1 bedroom, 2 x 2 bedrooms and 5 x 3bedrooms) with associated landscaping works."

Construction of an additional storey to the existing block of apartments to accommodate 4 residential flats comprising of 1x3 bedroom and 3x1 bedroom. Replacement of the existing windows throughout, cladding the existing rendered sections of the building, removing the existing entrance porch and alteration to the landscaping to facilitate cycle stores.

Construction of a second-floor rear extension to existing residential premises, new external staircase to the side elevation and replacement of windows at the rear elevation. Proposed upwards extension of rear flue serving existing ground floor café at 35 Balaam Street.
