Section 73 application to vary condition 2 (approved plans and documents), internal and external changes - see covering letter for full details, attached to planning permission 20/00717/FUL dated 29th June 2020 which granted full planning permission for: "Demolition of side garage and construction of a new 3 bedroom dwelling house to the side of 51 Sheppard Street incorporating roof accommodation with a rear dormer and two velux roof windows to the front."

The demolition of the existing rear extension and the erection of a full width single storey rear extension, alterations to the rear windows at first floor level and the conversion of the loft into habitable space including the installation of three rear roof lights (This application site falls within Woodgrange Estate Conservation Area).
