Reason: displacement of block paving due to root and damage to raised planter around base of tree and as a consequence of planter being removed and soil level being returned to original level, see photo. T2 and T3 Silver Birch: reduce canopy encroachment over dwelling to create clearance of 3ft T6 Beech: reduce canopy encroachment over dwelling and adjacent property to create clearance of 3ft from house and encroachment over adjacent garden.
