Application to discharge conditions 3 (timber windows & doors), 4 (conservation rooflights), 8 (landscaping) & 9 (bat roosts) attached to planning permission 21/1645/FUL- Proposed conversion of outbuildings to create residential dwelling and erection of detached garage together with creation of additional vehicular access to serve existing farmhouse and erection of garage/log store.
