Minor material amendment to vary condition 2 (approved plans), of permission 20/P/0684/FUL (Change of use of redundant agricultural building (cow shed) to residential use, demolition of existing agricultural building and construction of new bat house) to demolish a small section of the building to create a 1 metre gap between buildings, to revise fenestration and to allow the substitution of a revised Ecological Mitigation and Enhancement Plan. Variation of condition 3 (Ecological Mitigation and Enhancement Plan) to remove reference to the provision of specialist glass and condition 5 (External Lighting) to refer to the submitted lighting strategy and for the proposal to be implemented in accordance with the plans

Prior approval for a change of use from agricultural building to 1no. dwelling house with operational development consisting of replacement and new windows and doors; new roof covering; vertical timber cladding and rendering to blockwork walls

Minor material amendment to planning permission 20/P/0704/FUH (single storey rear extension, loft conversion and barn conversion) to allow minor revisions to the approved extension including; an additional dormer window to the south east roof (facing Rickford Rise), an additional dormer window to the south west roof, revised roof from shallow lean to flat roof within a low parapet with a roof lantern replacing the proposed 2no. rooflights, solar light (rooflight) to rear facing SW roof (not visible from public highway), existing timber lintel above entrance door to Rickford Rise to be replaced with penant stone to match farm house typology.

Application for Additional Environmental Approval to extend the time limit for implementation of planning permission 14/P/0746/F2 (large scale major application for Leisure complex together with an Environmental Impact Assessment with change of use from agricultural lakes to tourist facility(D2) providing a water-park for cable-tow wake-boarding, water-skiing, canoeing and other non-powered water-based sports with construction of retaining bank for a series of lakes consisiting of a long lake for triathlon with 2no islands, a main lake with central island, up to 8 masts for cable-skiing, a balancing lake and a training lake. Works to include erection of club house with showers/wc, restaurant/cafe, equipment hire/shop(A1), kitchen(A3 and A4), offices, training facilities and grounds management. Erection of a boat and equipment storage building, boiler room, pumping and control cabins, parking for 65 vehicles , reed-bed treatment plant, associated landscaping with hardsurfaced tracks and water-control features for attenuation of excess water.
