Minor material amendment to planning permission 20/P/0861/FUL (Erection of 14no. dwellings, provision of access, public open space, drainage, landscaping and ancillary works) to allow for construction of retaining walls to the rear of plots 1-7; creation of maintenance buffer around the whole site; a gabion basket wall incorporated onto the southern boundary; reduce the overall ridge heights and slab levels of plots 1-6; with the exception of plots 1, 8 and 14 the replacement of walling to front of dwellings with estate railings and hedgerows; alterations to materials used on elevations; addition of dormer to front of house type C, changes to canopies, alterations to internal layouts and other minor external amendments to housetypes; alterations to design of car ports; width of footpath along northern side of the road increased by 0.5m and the 0.5m service strip along southern edge of road to be removed.

Application to remove conditions 14 (Noise Levels) and 15 (Noise Levels) attached to permission 0002/88 (Erection of plasterboard manufacturing facility, warehousing and construction of roads); condition 14 subsequently amended by condition 1 of permission 04/P/0151/F (Variation of condition 14 of planning consent 0002/88 to increase the site boundary noise levels to: site 1- 78dBA, site 2 - 60dBA, sites 3 & 4 -64dBA) and replacement with single noise condition to allow for a change in the method of measurement of noise levels
