Change of use ground floor to retail shop, and conversion of the first floor and loft space to 2 number one-bedroom flat, including external alterations and rear dormer windows.

Proposed external alterations to reorganise the fascia to include the addition of four french doors, a heritage style shop front complete with new signage scheme for the takeaway provision.
