Certificate of proposed lawful development for the construction of ground mounted Solar PV. The solar panels would be arranged in rows comprising a series of panels facing south on a pile driven racking system. Each panel would be inclined, with the lower part of the panel approximately 800mm from ground level and the highest part approximately 2600mm from ground level.
