The solar panels would be arranged in rows comprising a series of panels facing south on a pile driven racking system. Each panel would be inclined, with the lower part of the panel approximately 800mm from ground level and the highest part approximately 2600mm from ground level. The panels would be on frames supported by uprights. The distance between each row of panels would be 6-8m approximately to avoid any potential for over shadowing Over the course of a year, the majority of the predicted total production of the arrays would be consumed on site by the sewage works. Fencing equivalent to that around the existing sewage works to a height of 2m would be extended around the development. All works to be as shown on submitted site layout plan BLYT/PA003B.
