T1 Overhanging bottom left corner of garden: Cut branches overhanging from 186 Newmarket Road back to boundary.

T1 - Copper Beech: Heavy crown reduction reducing from approximately 25m to 15m in height and lateral spread from 12m to 7m. G1 - Group of Mixed Broadleaves: Reduce crowns encroaching over garden boundaries back to the boundary. Lateral reduction from 5m to 3m.

Lime (T1): Prune overhanging branches back to boundary of 32 Smithfield Rd.

1 beech, 2 yew, 3 hawthorns, sycamore & holly: Crown lift where necessary, on roadside, to provide approx. 5.5m clearance from ground level over the road. Prune back to property boundary, low growth over footpath (primarily holly) to a height of approx. 3m. Prune growth around overhead lines to provide approx. 1-2m clearance.

Limes on boundary with Unthank Road: Repollard. Pruning back to just above previous pollard points. Regular management of pollards to be repeated on a cyclical basis every 2-3 years (no more frquently than once every 2 years).

Amendment to planning permission 20/00689/NF3 for a revised tree planting scheme along the eastern boundary.

Turkey Oak (T1): reduce back by 2.5-3m from over the garage and boundary of 29 Ipswich road, resulting crown spread to be no less than 16m and height 20m; Beech (T2): reduce back by 4.5m from boundary of 29 Ipswich Road, resulting crown spread to be no less than 12m, height 16m and; Pine (T3): selective reduction of significant limbs by 1.5 to 2m from over property and building roof fabric, resulting crown spread to be no less than 18m, height 18m.

Yew (T23): reduce easterly crown spread overhanging boundary from approx. 4m to 2.5m.

Oak (T1): remove lower branches growing over boundary to give a 3m clearance.
