Amendment to planning permission 21/01073/RM to amend the footpaths and roads, remove and replace trees, adjust general arrangement of trees, adjust fencing, amend pathways, adjust park bay sizes, update slab positions and quantities and add grit bin locations.

Blackthorn (T1) dead adjacent to fence with in falling distance of path - Fell to ground level Yew (T2) Damaged branch due to recent lorry collision - Prune broken branch back to suitable growth point Mixed tree group (G1) along Dereham Road - Low branches over pavement - Raise crown over pavement allowing for 2.4 m clearance above footpath 4) Vegetation and tree branches encroaching into parking and refuse area - Reduce vegetation and crown spreads back to edge of car park and around refuse area. Copper Beech (T5) Low extended branches over path - Raise crown over path by removing first whirl of lower limbs.

Sycamore (T1): Reduce branches overhanging fence line by approximately 2 metres. Reduce spread from 11 metres to 9 metres and height from 16 metres to 14 metres.

3 metre high metal fence topped with 2 metre high security netting.
