Rear infill extension in red brick to match existing house with flat roof and glazed roof lantern.

1) Rethatch the house using the same materials as existing, Norfolk reed for the main roof with a sedge ridge to incorporate a fireproof membrane; 2) Repairs to east wall using imperial size bricks and lime mortar, to raise the line of the parapet to overtop the new thatch and cover the joint with lead flashing & finish parapet with pamment tiles to match the existing west gable; 3) Repairs to oak window frames and create new opening casement in main bedroom.

Amendment to permission 22/00583/F to form new staircase within the approved home office envelope to connect with existing chamber located in garden; include walk on roof light at garden level; reconfiguration of glazing on long garden elevation and minor changes to the position of the high level glazing along the fence elevation.
