Alterations to existing fenestration (amended description)(amended plans - second floor terrace relocated from south elevation to north elevation) to allow an amendment to the permitted screening by omitting the louvred timber screen and continuing the standing seam cooper roof.

Non-Material amendment to planning permission 20/02956/FUL to amendment to ground floor rear window of new extension by replacing previously approved oriel window with standard casement window. Replacement of fully glazed rear extension roof with tiled roof to match existing and 4no. roof lights. Blocking up of rear bathroom window. Installation of 2no. roof lights to bathroom with sill's no lower than 1.7m from FFL. New rear roof light to main roof to provide light to hallway on first floor.

Non-Material amendment to planning permission 18/03369/FUL to allow minor change to roof pitch and extend external wall line towards the balcony, remove sidelight to balcony, replace open metal screens to cycle stores with solid walls, add additional brick pier to suit internal layout, replace acoustic baffles on eastern elevation with clear glazing, introduce mid-mullions to large fixed pane glazing as part of balcony opening configuration and alterations to fenestration.

Non-material amendment to planning permission 18/00293/FUL to allow changes to the approved garage to allow the pitched roof to be altered to a flat roof, wall materials to match existing extension and replacement of windows to doors.
