This proposal is for the construction of a 29.8m2 outbuilding (workshop) with shower room at the land rear of 8 Parkgate Road, Reigate, RH2 7JD. The outbuilding will be constructed on an insulated concrete slab foundation. There is a natural fall in the land from East to West of 300mm, the slab foundation will be constructed with a 300mm retaining wall on the East side to compensate for the fall.
