Retention and extension of a landfill gas compound to utilise landfill gas to generate electricity installation of gas clean up infrastructure, layering of new hardstanding, erection of palisade fence and construction of a retaining wall along the southern perimeter of the compound; and retention of welfare facilities and associated pipework and infrastructure.

Amendments to the site layout to provide for flexible use of the site as van storage facility to provide 362 van storage bays and 36 motorcycle bays or airport related car parking and associated works including resurfacing of existing parking areas / roadways and re-alignment of kerbing. Erection of smoking shelter, guard shelter, cycle shelter, bin store and automated barriers, 5m acoustic fencing and new 2.4 m perimeter fencing and entrance gates. Amendments to existing lighting, provision of additional lighting and site landscaping.

Retrospective erection of a low to mid-height timber post and rail fence to parcel of land adjoining 28 Court Road. Including change of use from open land to private residential garden area. As amended on 18/02/2021.

Submission of boundary fencing details pursuant to Condition 6 of permission 20/00582/RET. Retrospective planning permission is sought for the over-boarding of existing paved area to the rear of the pub in timber decking, with an increase in height of the area by approximately 250mm. Increase the area of the patio/decking from approximately 80m2 to 91m2 together with provision of handrails, posts and balustrading to the deck and steps down onto existing concrete steps and side lawn. Demolition of the existing open-sided smoking shelter and formation of a new open-sided smoking shelter on deck. Erection of an open-sided shelter to rear of the pub garden and erection of a temporary pergola over an existing paved area within the pub garden. Temporary erection of a fence in our garden, inside the existing boundary hedge that separates us from Knightmead neighbours. This fence is 6m long and 3m high located in the bottom of our respective back garden.
