Treehouse to large evergreen tree in back garden which will be level with front garden terrace. The tree house will be the size of a regular shed and from the front garden will appear to be level with the front garden ground (our back garden is terraced). This will be a custom made, wooden building and will be painted in a dark green to disguise it from the front garden behind the fence. The plan is that this will be a temporary structure for our children to play in but as it is a child's plaything, needs to be sturdy so it has to be concreted at ground level. The structure itself is elevated on stilts to provide stability but otherwise will appear as a normal shed.

Reason: Tree is gradually pushing out the retaining boundary wall. T20 Cherry (x1) - Crown lift to 2.5m all around. Reason: General maintenance. To maintain the tree at a smaller size. G21 Elder group -Crown lift to 2.5m over pavement. Reason: General maintenance. To maintain the tree at a smaller size. T23 Elder (x1) - Reduce crown back to previous points of reduction (2-2.5m off height and 1-1.5m off width). Reason: General maintenance. To maintain the tree at a smaller size. T24&25 Ash (x2) - Fell to ground level. Reason: Trees are pushing out boundary wall.

Sycamore, Hawthorn, Lime, Ash T27, T47, T48, T62, T69, T70 - Linear group of trees located on the boundary with plots 15-18 to south west of new residential development site - Cut back lateral branches by 3m to north, to 1m inside new fence line, to abate nuisance of overhanging branches towards new residential house gardens.

We plan to install a new perimeter fence from the front of the house to the end of our garden, 3.8 meters from our house and existing fence. The new fence will incorporate a side gate at the front. The existing fence will be removed. We currently have no exterior access to our garden from the driveway and we would also like to store our recycling bins within our boundary as we have had problems with them being blowing over and being stolen. Prunus Avium (wild cherry) - fell. I have a small garden (23ft x 38ft) and when in leaf it shades over 2/3 of the garden. The canopy span reaches from one neighbours fence to the other. This is a naturalised tree and fast growing, and too big a tree for a small garden. The expanding canopy is encroaching my neighbours gardens. It is also throwing up strong shoots close to the house and boundary fence. I would replace with one or two ornamental trees, such as an acer or similar.
