Yew tree (marked T10 on sketch/plan) Crown clean to 1 meter above fence line to prevent the branches damaging the boundary fence and reduce the tree by up to 2 meters in crown height and width in order to preserve the quality and health of the tree and to maintain a balanced shape.

This application is for the removal of a group of small Hazel trees along the back fence of 15 Emily Davison Drive to allow room for the customer to install a new fence. The reduction of the Hazel tree T3 by 1.5m all round to create a well shaped and balanced crown. The removal of the dead tree T2 down to ground level and the reduction of T1 by 0.5-1m all round to create a well shaped and balanced crown. All work will be compliant with BS3998

Willow (T1) -Fell. Included union near ground level. Overwhelming small rear garden and starting to impinge on boundary fence.

T2 - Sycamore. Fell to fence height. T2 is located just outside of the rear boundary of number 5. The tree is of poor shape and form and is of little amenity value. The tree is the cause of an unreasonable amount of shade to the rear garden of the property. The subject tree is of a large spreading nature encroaching onto the homeowners property.

Scotts Pine tree T1. Tree is in rear garden at far end. Remove 5m length of the upper crown which is to clear a very weak fork where it joins main stem. This weak junction became visible when the other section was removed due to storm damage and hanging in the upper crown. Please note this storm damaged section and other major dead wood was removed under exempt works authorisation by yourself on the grounds of safety. When the tree was climbed to removed the original storm damage and dead wood it showed as a weakness in this part of the tree. The section that needs removing hangs over the fence of the garden at the rear of the tree and proposed work is on grounds of safety and retaining the tree long term.

Removal of 1no 'Tree of Heaven'. See attached plan showing location. Tree appears to be in poor condition and located on fence line.

T1. Oak RHS of house - Lateral Crown Reduction. Reducing the spread of the southern and western canopy by up to 2 metres and Remove major deadwood greater than 20mm in diameter. 18x17m down to 18x15m works to reduce the encroachment on the building and to lift over driveway. T2. Crab Apple adjacent to item 1 - Crown Reduction. Reducing the height and spread of the tree by up to 1.5 metres. 7x6m down to 5.5x4.5m to maintain the size in proportion to its position. T3. Cryptomeria by garage - Fell to as close to ground level as possible 8m tall tree leaning, touching garage mainly dead. T4. Apple rear garden - Crown Reduction. Reducing the height and spread of the tree by up to 2 metres. 9x8m down to 7x6m to encourage fruiting spurs. T5. Yew by tennis court - Crown Lift to provide half a metres clearance from chain link fence 6m tall tree works to prevent further damage to fence.

T1. Beech in neighbours to west. Remove 1 low 7" diameter limb toward front of house then reduce remainder of crown to East by approximately 3 metres. Height pre 25m, post 25m Crown spread pre 18m post 15m - Works to reduce encroachment to house G2. Sycamore x 3 in neighbours rear garden LHS. Make new Pollard @ 8 metres from ground level. Brush to be chipped on site beneath trees, tracked chipper to be taken in to neighbours garden via removable panel in font boundary fence line. Height 15m post 8m, Crown spread 5m post 2m - Squirrel damage throughout and shedding branches

1 Ash tree on front right hand boundary. Fell to ground level. Causing damage to clients fence line and withing close proximity to the footings of clients house. Tree is situated where yellow circle is on the map I have attached.
