Also elevations are to be repainted (white / off-white) with pale coloured timber cladding added to existing gable-ends to front elevation and existing dormers (all sides). Plus minor internal ground floor works resulting in a new front door with side-lights and a small (west) flank elevation window to be enclosed.

Proposal for the conversion of the existing garage to habitable accommodation to create a bedroom and en suite. The garage door would be replaced with a window and infilled with brick to match the existing house.
