T1. Beech in neighbours to west. Remove 1 low 7" diameter limb toward front of house then reduce remainder of crown to East by approximately 3 metres. Height pre 25m, post 25m Crown spread pre 18m post 15m - Works to reduce encroachment to house G2. Sycamore x 3 in neighbours rear garden LHS. Make new Pollard @ 8 metres from ground level. Brush to be chipped on site beneath trees, tracked chipper to be taken in to neighbours garden via removable panel in font boundary fence line. Height 15m post 8m, Crown spread 5m post 2m - Squirrel damage throughout and shedding branches

1 Ash tree on front right hand boundary. Fell to ground level. Causing damage to clients fence line and withing close proximity to the footings of clients house. Tree is situated where yellow circle is on the map I have attached.

New single and two-storey extensions to front of house and associated external works (not yet commenced), and retrospective application for new section of boundary fence. As amended on 02/02/2022

Addition of fencing along boundary of property. Fence would be between 1m and 2m high. Also, part of the existing fence (which is perpendicular to the side of the house) would also be brought forward to be nearer the front of the house (but not forward of the principal elevation). Existing fencing which runs along the property boundary would be repaired / replaced. Height of fence would not be increased compared with existing fence.

T19 Tree of Heaven (x1) - Remove deadwood larger than 2.5cm diameter and reduce branch to give 2m clearance from dormer window of Abbey. House. Reason: Tree is gradually pushing out the retaining boundary wall. T20 Cherry (x1) - Crown lift to 2.5m all around. Reason: General maintenance. To maintain the tree at a smaller size. G21 Elder group -Crown lift to 2.5m over pavement. Reason: General maintenance. To maintain the tree at a smaller size. T23 Elder (x1) - Reduce crown back to previous points of reduction (2-2.5m off height and 1-1.5m off width). Reason: General maintenance. To maintain the tree at a smaller size. T24&25 Ash (x2) - Fell to ground level. Reason: Trees are pushing out boundary wall.

Sycamore, Hawthorn, Lime, Ash T27, T47, T48, T62, T69, T70 - Linear group of trees located on the boundary with plots 15-18 to south west of new residential development site - Cut back lateral branches by 3m to north, to 1m inside new fence line, to abate nuisance of overhanging branches towards new residential house gardens.

We plan to install a new perimeter fence from the front of the house to the end of our garden, 3.8 meters from our house and existing fence. The new fence will incorporate a side gate at the front. The existing fence will be removed. We currently have no exterior access to our garden from the driveway and we would also like to store our recycling bins within our boundary as we have had problems with them being blowing over and being stolen. Prunus Avium (wild cherry) - fell. I have a small garden (23ft x 38ft) and when in leaf it shades over 2/3 of the garden. The canopy span reaches from one neighbours fence to the other. This is a naturalised tree and fast growing, and too big a tree for a small garden. The expanding canopy is encroaching my neighbours gardens. It is also throwing up strong shoots close to the house and boundary fence. I would replace with one or two ornamental trees, such as an acer or similar.
