Demolition of the existing house, kennelling and other ancillary accommodation to enable the erection of a replacement family dwelling, garaging and ancillary accommodation. Amendment to existing planning consent 2021/1469/FUL.

Demolition of existing lean-to with the erection of single storey rear and two storey side extensions, internal and external alterations including an amended fenestration and roof layout, landscaping, parking provisions and associated works.

Section 73 Application to vary condition 1 (approved plans) of planning application 2021/1065/FUL; Section 73 application in order to vary condition 2 on application 2020/1158/FUL - Demolition of existing bungalow and erection of a replacement dwelling with detached garage) & condition 1 of 2022/0876/FUL (three conservation rooflights within the rear south-facing roof slope to enable the roof space to be utilised for habitable accommodation). Changes are to include a garden shed.

Partial discharge of Condition No. 3 (External Finishing Materials) relating to listed building consent ref: 2022/0433/LBA (Demolition of existing single storey flat roofed rear extension. Replaced with lean to and gable extension).

Discharge of Condition 3 (surface water drainage) of application 2021/0498/FUL (Section 73 application for 2017/0379/FUL - Demolition of an existing bungalow and detached garage, and the erection of 2 no. two storey dwellings with detached single garages).

Demolition of existing dwelling and construction of 2 no. new dwellings with integral garaging, along with an improved widened access.

Demolition of an existing utility room, concrete block and timber shed and ancillary external works, and replacement with a new zinc-clad utility room, off-the-shelf timber garden shed, and associated works to existing timber fence, terrace and external steps.
